POLICES AND OTHER INFORMATION
Check In/Out Time:
Check In time is anytime after 3:00 PM.
Check Out time is before 11:00 AM.
Early Check In:
Early Check In is based on availability. If the room is available, there is a $30 Early Check In Fee. Prior to 6 AM is considered the night before.
Late Check out:
Check out time is anytime before 11:00 AM. $10 late fees/hour will apply and another nights payment must be made if staying till 1 PM.
Items Needed At Check In:
A valid ID and credit card for incidentals will be required at check-in. License plate of vehicle on site will also need to be registered. Rooms are paid for in full at check in.
Cancellation Policy:
For standard reservations, guests must cancel 24 hours prior to 2:30 PM Eastern time to avoid penalties.
Special cancellation policies may apply to different rate plans (e.g. Advance Purchase reservations are non-refundable)
Reservations booked through Third Parties must be modified or cancelled through the same third party.
Minimum Age:
Guests must be 21 years of age or older to check in
Pet Policy:
Pets are allowed for a charge of $30/pet/night plus a $200 refundable damage deposit. Emotional Service Animals are not considered
Service Animals per the ADA and are subject to fees above.
Package Receiving Policy/Guidelines:
If you wish to have us receive a package, please ensure the name on the package matches the reservation booked and have the package arrive within 2 days of your arrival date. We have limited storage space so please do inform us prior to sending packages so we can confirm that we can receive them.
